The service

Carbro provides AI-assisted car research tools including vehicle history analysis, market pricing, and purchase recommendations. Carbro is not a licensed inspection service, financial advisor, or legal advisor. You shall exercise your own independent judgment in determining the applicability, accuracy, reliability, and suitability of any information Carbro provides. The final purchase decision is yours.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Carbro. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable use

You may use Carbro for personal, non-commercial research only. You may not scrape data, reverse engineer the service, submit fraudulent information, redistribute reports, or systematically retrieve content from the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Carbro name, logo, and all content we produce are owned by Carbro. Vehicle data and history reports analyzed by Carbro are sourced from third-party providers and remain subject to their respective terms. You retain ownership of any content you upload.

Disclaimer of warranties

Carbro, including all tools, verdicts, and content, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any vehicle information is complete, accurate, or current. AI-generated verdicts are estimates based on available data — they are not professional inspections and may not reflect a vehicle's actual condition.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any purchase decisions made based on our analysis. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Carbro in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
